Our staff is experienced and knowledgeable, particularly when it comes to ordering MasterCard®, VISA® and Discover® plastics. An overview of our services is listed below:
Specialty: Smaller orders from 1,000 to 100,000 cards
Proofs: Provided in 1 - 3 working days
Delivery: Normally 2 - 4 weeks after proof approval (we are meeting 100% of our commitments)
Rush Orders: No up-charge (we need to be able to work it into our production schedule)
Design: We have over 60 exclusive designs available and we offer assistance to designers to ensure that art is created properly — the first time. We have Macintosh computers and accept Zip, Jaz and 3.5" floppy disks or emailed artwork.
Quality: Equal to any manufacturer in the United States. We feel our quality is actually better, on a consistent basis, than anyone in the industry.
Customer Service: One person on our staff is assigned to your account (this makes it much easier to communicate, and someone should always be available when you call, even if it's not your rep)
Pricing/Quotes: The majority of our initial contact with customers is the call to request pricing information. We provide quotes on a same day basis, verbally, and follow-up in writing. Our VISA® and Mastercard® quotes include two (2) proofs — one for the customer and one for VISA® or MasterCard®. Freight is the only additional cost (which is identified on the quote), if art is provided.
Repeat Orders: We maintain a complete library of all previous orders, including the art that was originally provided, etc. A telephone call is all it takes to place a re-order quickly.
Training: We have several training aids that can assist you from the design stages up through placing an order. In addition, we can provide in-plant training for those who wish to become knowledgeable in the actual process of making financial transaction cards.
Transportation: We ship as instructed by our customer. However, we can assist you with the shipping arrangements. We will obtain quotes from secured shipping companies to ensure the most economical means of transportation are being utilized. We also try to coordinate orders going to the same location on the same date for cost savings to our clients. We do not mark-up the shipping cost.
Submitting Art Work: When submitting a digital file, please:
- Provide software name/version used to create design (150-line screen/300 dpi)
- Create the design without VISA® and/or MasterCard® information (hologram, logo, BIN and dating legend)
- Provide all screen and printer fonts
- Provide a composite output along with a color-separated output (please note all PMS ink colors)
- Make sure that there is at least an 1/8" for bleed
- Provide a written copy of the language you would like on the back of the card and note any logos you would like identified
- Include a customer service phone number and return address for lost/stolen cards
We will add the VISA® or MasterCard® information in its proper format. On the back, we will typeset the disclaimer language, add the required VISA® or MasterCard® language, use the correct size of tamper-evident signature panel, use the proper size of magnetic stripe and add any network logos required (we have most of the regional logos on file).
