Financial Cards:
Custom Cards Systems will assist you in the development of your financial card, beginning with design, through full-color printing, lamination, holograms, signature panels, and shipping. We offer both Magnetic Stripe and New Contactless technology that meets both Visa payWave and MasterCard PayPass standards. Throughout the entire process, your product will be verified with our professionals to ensure it meets our stringent quality standards. We offer various VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express standard design from various card galleries below:

Customer Services:
A designated Customer Service representative or Sales Manager is assigned to every customer, large or small. This person will serve as your primary contact, giving you the peace of mind that you can always reach someone familiar with your needs, able to give your project the time and attention you expect and deserve. The majority of our initial contact with customers is to request pricing information. We provide quotes on a same day basis, verbally, then follow-up in writing. Freight is the only additional cost (which is identified on the quotation), art and shipping instructions must be provided before an accurate quotation can be presented. We offer various types of services that included short run card personalization with magnetic encoding, barcoding, embossing and ultra graphics printing.

We are proud to offer three different design services to help you create the card that best illustrates your brand image to your customers:

•Card Designer: Using our online design tool, you can design your own card.

Color Mode:

CMYK or Grayscale
Spot Colors are best used in vector based software such as Illustrator or Freehand.
Spot colors that are used in Photoshop are best used as monotone, duotone, tritone.

Layout:
Card art should be 3.5 inches by 2.25 inches at 300 dpi (includes bleed, see diagram above).

An accurate printout of the design should be supplied.
All Photoshop documents must be in layers and not flattened.
Placed images in Illustrator should be linked.
Please supply us with the file you linked.
Included all the elements used to create your design (i.e. fonts, images, and logos) as your
support files.  Failure to include needed fonts or images will delay production of your job.

Blank Card Stock

Custom Card Systems can also supply you with quality blank plastic cards to fit all you printing needs. Various plastic card sizes are also available (CR50: 3.5” x 1.75“) (CR60: 3.25” x 2.312“) (CR70: 2.875” x 2.125”) (CR80: 3.375” x 2.125”) (Roll-A-Vue: 4” x 2.562”). Colors range from Black, Dark Blue, Light Blue, Royal Blue, Green, Orange, Pink, Yellow, Silver Metallic, Gold Metallic, Tan, Plum, Clear, Red and White. Custom colors available depending on quantity and supply. Card stocks are also available with low or high coercivity magnetic stripe. Card stock thickness can range from 10 to 60 mil.
