The OSCARE-PRO terminal is both stand alone and Network Re-PIN
device. With a built in color LCD display, encrypted PIN Pad (Approval
#10095 VISA and MASTERCARD certified), motorized magnetic encoder (eliminating
encoding errors) and Network Interface Card, the OSCARE.NET works in
conjunction with the TRISM instant card issuance application to re-Pin
and re-Encode cards easily from customer service workstation. All cryptographic
calculations (PVKI, DES offset, CVV, CVC) are all processed to the
TRISM Host system and transmit to the appropriate OSCARE-PRO. OSCARE-PRO
can transmit in real-time or batch upload customer's PIN Offset to
card management system for card record updates. All transaction are
stored at the TRISM Host Server in secure format for audit trail reporting
of transactions (Read-a-Card, Re-PIN, and Encode-a-Card). OSCARE-PRO
activity reports are also available for each branch location with statistical
and card information.
