CCS 120 is the ideal DESKTOP embosser for personalization of financial and non financial cards. The system functions from a single or automatic card feed. Personalization options include: Card Embossing, TIPPING, (variety of colors), 3 Track Encoding , Front and Rear Indent printing with Smart Card Contact and Contactless modules. Standard features include a 120 character die wheel (11 lines of embossing), card reject tray (full sensor), electronic and physical security locks, and communicates via RS232, USB, and Ethernet (TCP/IP 10/100) for networking. A robust design and easy cartridge replacements of TIPPING and Front/Rear Indent ribbons sets the CCS-120 apart from any other card personalization system in the market.

Windows PCTPlus Software: encode, emboss, tipping, front and rear indent printing and batch processing from an ODBC database connection.

Windows Driver: XP, 2000, 2003 and Vista ready for stand alone and network communications with customization.
