When it comes to the embossing of plastic cards, the LC 540S and the LC 520 are market leaders. These systems are both versatile and compact, designed using the most advanced technology, already proven in 2000 installations throughout the world.

The user-friendly Badge Editor software package makes the LC 540S and the LC 520 ideal for small batch production of credit, debit, loyalty, healthcare, and membership cards.

The LC 540S performs all operations in the plastic card personalization process, including embossing, either with or without indent printing, tipping, and encoding of the magnetic stripe.

Additionally, the LC 540S can be equipped with an optional feature for chip personalization, compatible with the majority of chip cards currently available on the market.

The LC 520 is lightly equipped for simple operation. Its features are similar to those of the LC 540S, but its capabilities are limited to embossing and encoding.

The LC 540S and the LC 520 are the only systems, which can be fed manually, one card at a time, thanks to their front feeder system, and both are ideally suited for healthcare plastic card embossing.
